great location helpful staff useful kitchen accessible gym
the location is great near the tube station and lots of shops. checking in was easy, and the staff were helpful. i appreciated having a kitchen and a gym. both proved useful .

i found the location excellent, close to many food options. the team's digital guide was useful and new to me. the bed was super comfortable, and i appreciate the quietness. i thought the staff were very good too cater to our needs.

great location helpful kitchenette good decoration
i loved the location and the facilities. having a kitchenette is great when you stay for more than a couple of nights. the interior decoration is good and so are the sustainability efforts. the thoughtful extras were amazing!!!
The ecological policy of the hotel does not provide a minimum daily cleaning. The floor was not cleaned during my entire stay.

this hotel has an excellent location, quiet but still close to the tube station and high street. you can easily access shops and restaurants. it is near a cafe. the area around is really nice.

there is a nice cafe in the hotel plus cooking facilities that mean you do not always have to go out. you have easy access to parks, the tube, restaurants and everything else you need. the hotel provides a shopping bag.

exposed infrastructure stylish lighting friendly staff room without window unhelpful manager refund process
i was immediately impressed by the exposed infrastructure. it beautifully complements the warm tones of the stylish lighting. the coffee is fantastic, and the menu features trending items. the staff were very friendly and cute!
apparently i booked the only room with no window? we could never have stayed there and i would never have consciously booked that room. the "duty manager" was quite unhelpful and wasnt looking for a solution.

useful kitchen fabulous gym nearby station
the area is amazing with lovely shops and restaurants. the little kitchen in the room was so useful, and we loved it! facilities like the laundry and gym, along with the reception lounge, were fabulous. the tube station is nearby.
the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. the shower wasn't very powerful.
